The Role
HR Officers: 3 Positions
HR Interns: 3 Positions
Location: Bss Defence Campus,Bss Garden Town Campus,Bss Canal Side Campus
Primarily work as an HR generalist and facilitate in the performance of key HR functions
Facilitates in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments
Executes the hiring process as per corporate policy and practices
Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
Prepares periodic reports pertaining to key functions of Human Resources.
Facilitates in organizing internal and external trainings
Maintains and updates employee records and human resource information systems
Required Competencies for HR Officer
A degree in Human Resources
Fresh resource or with a couple of months of HR internship experience only
Must have sound knowledge and understanding of HR concepts and HR best practices
Positive attitude and good learning abilities
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) as well as interpersonal skills
Required Competencies for HR interns
Fresh Resource with preferably Human Resources degree
Positive attitude and good learning abilities
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) as well as interpersonal skills
